Help Caller ID not working on Wifi

Hey all! I got my Note 3 yesterday and so far I love it!

I turned on Wifi for the first time today. When I received a call, it didn't have the contact contacting that I had saved. It only showed the number. When not on Wifi, my contacts appear on caller ID fine.

Is this a known problem and is there there a fix?

Try a phone restart. This is the first I've heard of this problem. I get a picture or a least a shilloutte when I receive Wifi calls along with the number. I just had my girlfriend call me and her picture came right up. I'm on t-mobile.

I have the same problem.

it would show up as xxx-xxx-xxxx;63 in my call log.

When I call the number back it works, but it thinks the ;63 at the end of the phone number is a tone (kind of like when you call a number and put in commas to insert pauses).

Its annoying as hell.

I feel like the ;63 might be some kind of trigger for the wifi calling app. I wish my phone log would let me ignore that sort of suffix.

Any ideas???

Still having a problem with this.

My contact doesn't come up when I receive a call. It shows part of the number followed by more numbers and letters.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?
