Help Caller id problem

My phone used to id the caller by name or photo if they were in the phone list on my phone. Now all that comes up is the number. I don't know where to look to set it back to do that. Anybody have any idea. Thanks

Hi piper27. I don't have your phone but I do have a HTC. I can't find any specific settings to adjust what the caller ID displays. If it was working and now is not... I might suggest doing a battery pull. Once reinserted, the phone will go through a hard reboot which sometime clears wonky things HTC phones will do from time to time. I hope this helps.
