Caller is readout before ringtone?

Hello. I have always had my phones read out who was calling before the ringtone. On my non smartphone work phone, and a buddies Droid 2 it will do what I want. But on my Droid Incredible, I can not find any setting that will readout the caller id. For example if I'm getting a call from home. It would speak "call from home". Then continue to the ringtone. Any idea?

Say my name

You can even edit the greeting to make it say whatever you want. "Joe is calling" or Hey, it's Joe" or "Wake up fool!! Joe wants to talk to you!!" or whatever.
 
That's exactly what say my name does. My work is in my phone book as "office". If they call me it says, "office is calling." If someone calls me who isn't in my phone book, it says, "555 123 4567 is calling" What is it you are wanting it to do exactly?
 
Ok. Well that's what I want it to do. I searched for the app. I can't find it. Maybe a link as in share this app. Thanks.
