Help Caller Name ID app on VZW Note3?

An app called Caller Name ID opened up on its own and notified me that I was receiving a 14-day free trial. It seems to be a caller id app, though I'm not sure what it really does, though I can not find it installed on the phone? It is not listed along with all of the other apps.

Does anyone know anything about this thing?

It's standard VZW preinstalled crap. If you go through the Application Manager you can disable it.
 
It is an app that is supposed to provide caller names for unidentified numbers for a monthly fee. In other words... go ahead and disable it bi long pressing on the app and dragging to disable. 😊
 
It is called Caller Name ID.

When I go to disable it, my only option is to press "Stop" though it indicates that "Stopping services may cause applications to fail." Can this cause any problems with my OS? Is this what is meant by disabling an app?
