Help Calling all metropcs workers!

I recently got a samsung galaxy indulge from someone off ebay for free, And when i try to activate the phone they wont let me, They say the phone is in the "Negative File" because the phone was lost so the old owner got a new phone off of insurrance or something and now the phone caint be used any longer. Can someone clear the IMED or ESN of the phone for me? Willing to pay if anything. Thanks.

Since we cannot know the whole story, and the person you got it from already made a claim for it, we cannot in all honesty help you circumvent insurance policies, as that would be illegal.
