Help Calls Dropping!

Hi,

I've had my DINC for about 6 months and so far it has been awesome, but lately my phone has been VERY slow and calls have been dropping! grrr.

I noticed that when calls dropped, the signal bar shows X as if the network is off and then seconds later it comes back. 3G is on and i get 3 to 4 bars. In the past hr it has dropped 3 times.

I have a case on the phone so it is well protected, so its not Like I abuse my phone which can damage the internals.

I have tried *228 but still having trouble.

signal issues can only really be addressed by verizon. You might be able to talk them into giving you a network extender, unless you are having a hardware problem with your attenna. The first thing they are going to recommend is a factory reset.
