Help Calls not being received?

I've been noticing my friends say they call me 5 times but sometimes I never get the call! Or when I am using whatsapp..i wouldnt get a txt message until 5/6 hours later! Anyone have this happen to them? I am using ATT.
 
Nope sounds like a signal issue and not a phone issue, but you could always take the phone back if your within your 30 day period.
