Help Calls not displaying

hey guys i have this unusual problem of many of the calls not getting displayed but it actually rings on the other side.
many of my friends scold for not lifting the call and when i checkd out myself from my friends mobile it indded was ringing but my android in my hand was workin as usual with out displaying the call
as soon as the call gets cut i get an error message saying process.phone.acore has stopped working or sort.
the call is not even registered as a missed call
please any one help as i am missing many important calls and people think i dont lift the calls wantedly.

ya i assume factory reset will solve the problem but i have customized settings and loaded softwares which i dont want to leave.

does any one know any other solution please.

my device still has warranty m gonna go on ROMs as soon as the warranty expires :P :P

and does titanium restore user app data without rooting?
 
NO..........
u need root to use that app.
BTW why r u afraid of rooting?
If something messes up then u have the option to unroot as well.
So why not root?

i downloaded titanium pro and rooted as well will reset it today
hope everything works well

i didnt know rooting can be undone
 
Ya i wanted something like this but it voids the warranty right?
i want to try custom roms after my warranty expires as i dont wanna take any risks :)

hi frnd.. i had also that same problem when i m using a custom Rom 'Sense Rom by shara'. After doing many resets, Wiping, and installing 'sense Rom' again nd again, but prblms continue. Finally, i got [ROM][Stable][04 Jan 2012] Jet 1.1 in this website. I completely make my phone error free. and dont worry abt warrnty. Micromax service centre's engineers are fool. I have given my Andro to them in Rooting condition and tell them to install Stock ROM with full format. But they are not able to do that. they just reset and Format it. nd nt able to install stock ROM. so, just install this ROM. its a best CUSTOM ROM for Andro. Nd dont worry abt warrnty, ihve given my phone to them in rooting with a custom ROM installed. they are fool.
 
hey, plz do me a favour. Plz install a custom Recovery. and backup your current STOCK ROM. And plz upload here. plz plz plz plz..... we are from same company. it will help me a lot......

tnx 4 d suggestion the i have reset my phone after backing up using titanium pro version and restored again

can u giv me ne link 2 install a custom rom?
 
yar.... first u have to install a custom Recovery through 'Recovery Flasher'. and in that recovery. u got an option of Backup and Restore.

but custom recovery can not be applied for micromax a60.

it is showing that the device is not compatible in android market
