Help Camcorder video blurry when uploaded to YouTube?

Hi all, I've just started using the Camcorder on my EVO, i was curious about an issue I'm having with Youtube playback. I'm not sure if this is an EVO or YouTube issue, but when I try shooting video in 720p it comes out looking blurry when I upload it to YouTube. The video looks fine, however, when I just watch it on my computer in Quicktime. I'm pretty novice with this stuff so any help with settings or anything that anyone can give will be greatly appreciated.

This was shot in 720p, MPEG4 encoding type and looks especially blurry when you look at it in the regular Youtube window..

This one was shot in just the regular VGA resolution the camera automatically shoots with and looks a lot cleaner. Any ideas as to what I can do to get the 720p one looking like it should?

Doesn't appear that either of those were shot in 720p. They would upload in 720 and be HD. Are you sure you filmed these at 720?

Check your settings.

The first video was shot in 720p. Well, at least I think it was. I had the resolution set at 720p. Is there any other settings I need to change?. It looks much clearer when viewed through Quicktime or something like that.

The second video was shot in VGA resolution.

If it was shot in 720 and upload directly from your phone, it would indicate that on Youtube.

I say check your video setting and your youtube setting to ensure videos are uploaded and played at their highest quality.

Directly from my phone meaning on my phone with the YouTube app? That's a whole other problem (which has been well documented on this board from the looks of it) - I can't upload the video shot in 720 to YouTube from my phone because it says the file is too big (its only 123 MB). I don't know if there's a workaround for that - if there is I can't find one.

So what I've been doing is just plugging my phone into my laptop and uploading to YouTube that way.
