ok, i had a simmilar issue and i turned the pic size down to 5mp and it seemed to help. i didnt like this solution really as it should take good shots at 8mp, after some searching i found the memory card that came with my phone was only a class 2 8gb. i picked up a 16gb class 10 memory card and have since had no more problems with blurry pics. the only thing i can think is that the slower class 2 card too too long to write the pic to and was effectivly lowering the shutter speed. it might be worth a shot trying a faster sd card.
