Root Camera and Brightness Bug

I always try to keep my brightness as low as possible, but i noticed that when i use the camera and go back to the homescreen the light goes too bright in the background and goes back to the original setting. I am on Mobster's Rom and also noticed this in Stock (Odex). Any thoughts on how to control this?

You could try to manually control your brightness instead of using Auto-Brightness..... and yeah i seen this bug even before i unlocked / rooted my phone

Yeah I have the same problem and I am rooted and on stock. I also have Automatic Brightness off too.

I see this as a feature so you can actually see what you are taking a picture of. It goes back to the brightness that you set after a little while.

Yeah it goes back to the setting you orignally had it at.

Occasionally it gets stuck but its nothing a quick screen off screen on can't fix

Oh. Hasn't happened to me yet and I use the camera quite a bit.
