Help Camera App alternatives for DX: no shutter sound and default that ISNT widescreen? ANY out there?

Since Motorola screwed over DX users with the camera defaulting to WS, I want to find a new option. But there isn't anything out there that lets DX users shut off the shutter noise. Does anyone know of a camera app that meets these two requirement?

1. Does NOT default to Widescreen

2. Allows DX users to shut off the damn noise!

there are a number of things that prevent the camera from defaulting to widescreen, problem is its the blur camera, not the phones fault, but the overlay of blur moto added

the only way i know of to make it stop going to widescreen on default, is to root, and flash the 2init roms.

Vignette lets you choose your default and it stays put.
The only way I found to silence the shutter was to replace the cameraclick.ogg with a silent mp3 renamed to cameraclick.ogg.
