Help Camera app crashing

Just got a new rezound that I totally love compared to my bionic! I have noticed when I open the camera the app shuts down immediately and goes back to the home screen. If I open several times it will finally stay open.
Did this before ota update with no apps installed. I have done the ota update and it still does it. I have also tried a battery pull.

Anyone else have this problem?

First I have heard of this.
Factory reset and if that doesn't work get it replaced.

Mine has done it a few times. Had to do a battery pull to fix.

something similar has happened to me... but i would take a picture than it would freeze... like i could exit the app, but when i open it up again it was just be frozen on the picture.... and i would have to restart the phone to get it to work again... how do you do a factory reset?? and is this really a problem that would effect my phone in the long run where i should replace it right now???
