So the camera app updated about week ago.. Camera seemed to work fine. But when I try video it stops as soon as it starts and records nothing.. Uninstall the update and the video works.. Anyone else experience this?
My video did the same. It would start and immediately stop without recording. I followed your advice to remove the update and now the video recorder works. Lets hope that the Lollipop upgrade corrects the problem and improves the camera function.
Mine did the same thing, but it was because I had AudioManager app. That's what caused the video to not record (stops immediately). So check out any app that interacts with alarm/media/sound etc.
Same app here!! I was going to post that today.. I did a factory reset and then started installing apps and found that one to be it, I have a different audio app like that now and the camera/video still works
