Help Camera app, media not working

[Uber-Duper]

On my friend's phone, I launch the camera app, and an error message pops up saying "media not working".

any ideas?

we've reset the camera settings, and have also done a factory reset.

every thing else on the phone seems fine.

Did you go into the app manager and clear the data for the camera?

I recall having the same problem a while back and I think that's what fixed it for me..

Did you have any trouble with camera not focusing and being constantly blurry ? Would you know how to fix ?
