Help Camera B0rked?

Another day and still no delivery... and still no response from the seller at all.

So I've filed a complaint with paypal (ebay won't let me until the 26th even though the contract has already been broken).

At least paypal lets me file the complaint and escalate it on the 25th... ebay gives the seller more than enough time to remove funds from the account... by making the complaint early there is a chance the funds will be placed on hold before they can do that.

Either way... even if it turns up tomorrow, I'll be making a claim for the refund of postage. I'm not paying for next day special delivery if I don't get it.
 
I understand that, if you won the item on Saturday, you may not get the item until Monday (fair enough, as there is no post on a Sunday), but you'd have thought that you should haev received the item (at the very latest) by Tuesday... still would not have been happy, but if the seller sent it on Monday, then I guess you'd have to say "fair enough".

It is now Wednesday and you haven't had the item... I'd say you're well within your rights to complain!
 
Oops... I've been thinking it's Wednesday all day and have put so in a post a couple up... just realised that it's Tuesday!
 
I finally had a response from the seller... it was sent today via special delivery, they've included a tracking number which I shall be keeping an eye on.

But it appears they only sent it after I lodged the paypal complaint.

I'm always doing that... one of the downsides to intermittent IT contract work is the days start to blur into each other when there's no work... everyday feels like a really long and boring weekend without the fun.
