Camera/Barcode scanner issues

Hoping for a little help here.....Noticed the other day that my barcode scanner wouldn't focus or lock in....This is happening in Shop Savy, Keyrings, and the barcode scanner app.....So I headed over to my camera to make sure that my "auto focus" was turned on...It was....I tried rebooting, deleting and reinstalling the apps etc.....But still no focus on the barcode apps. I also notice that when in camera the phone doesn't seem to be attempting to auto foucs. No clicking, no noise at all.....Screen doesn't move. Has anyone had this problem? Help!

How close are you hold the phone to the barcode make sure that you are far enough away

Problem Fixed...turns out I needed to clean camera lenses under the back cover.....I'd heard that folks had trouble with this before but honestly didn't think it would keep the camera from attempting to focus at all. Especially while in an app. So there ya go.
