Help camera broke

anyone got problems with the camera,video camera not working,when i switch to camera or video it shows the emblem on screen then the screen goes black and does nothing.very very annoying,not sure if its a software,hardware issue or somethings broke,chees for any input

Have you tried a factory reset? or clear data via manage applications?

suroot the clear data is grey and the storage is at 0.00 not done factory sett yet,seen somewhere that it could be something like faulty wiring but dont want to send my phone for repair unless its totaly nessaseray.will go for FR and if that fails i'll need to send it back,only just got thing fixed and the put new motherboard in it 2 months ago,

back to o2 shop it goes.reset it and still hee haw working.looks like another 2weeks without a phone.
