Camera bug

I just got my Eris 2 weeks ago and all of a sudden my battery life is dieing very quickly and i looked to see why and it says that my camera has used like 80 percent of it..... and i don't even use it that often. any one else had that problem please help ^^

Had it when i first got my phone, downloaded a task killer and everytime i use the camera i go and kill it

i have the task killer, it shows thats its not even on. like today i went to work full charge just a few txts came home a few min ago and its got 14% left, no camera used today, but it says i have use 80% on the camera
