Updated a month ago or so to 2.2 from 2.1 on my Vibrant.
After the update, all my apps were still there with the exception of the Camera and camcorder apps, I am 100% unable to find them anywhere on the phone. The driver is still there as I can use a 3rd party app to take video/photo , however these ones aren't what I want (I want the native one, as was in 2.1). Through all my searching I can't find a answer to this, and it even happened to a friend of mine with her Verizon Galaxy S version (whatever it's called). The only one idea that's been suggested to me was to install a custom rom, I'd like to avoid this if at all possible as it caused plenty of headaches when I did it on my last phone (G1).
