Hyperdrive ROM allows silent shutter, and there are great camera apps in Play with no shutter sound. Check local laws before using a camera with no shutter sound

The Enforced Stream Silencer apk, that I used on my Photon, must have been updated because this works too! I'm very happy. I'm still going to keep the apk made by Glen Lee though, but wanted to post this up...maybe it'll work for those in Europe that couldn't get Glen's apk to work properly:
