Help camera flash makes phone crash

If I take a picture with the flash on the phone will completely crash right before it crashes it says low battery plug in. To turn it back on I either have to pull the battery or plug it in. Once powered on the battery is shown and is fine. Anyone else have this problem? Want to make sure before I return it

Probably the only thing I haven't tries yet. Just got the phone setup the way I like it didn't want to lose everything but I guess ill try that

Do a factory reset and if that doesn't work there may be something shorting out, so best to get it replaced.

Well, if you call VM they will tell you to factory reset. If that doesn't work they will probably replace it.

No. That is not normal at all... Call VM and see if you can get a replacement.
