Help camera flash stopped working

My camera flash recently stopped working. The flashlight app still works perfectly, so I know my LED is fine. When i try to take a photo, it will flash once, but the second flash (that happens when the picture is being taken), doesn't work. I have done everything I can think of and nothing is working. Help, please!

First, check the obvious. Make sure your camera settings have flash either "ON" or "Auto". If it is on one of those, then I would suggest rebooting your phone or doing a battery pull (pull the battery out while the phone is still on). Boot the phone back up and try again.

Haha. Done all that. Still won't work. It has been this way for a week now. Don't know what else to try.
