Help Camera freezes phone

I had my Inc replaced, but even before that, it would keep freezing whenever I took pics. I could take one pic or so before my entire phone would freeze and I'd have to take the battery out. I got my replacement and this one does it too. I didn't get the replacement for that reason though... anyone else having this issue?
 
Mine started randomly doing that about a month ago. I never had to pull the battery, but after a picture or two it would freeze up and then reset itself. I switched it so it saved pictures to the sd card and it's been fine since.
