Help Camera Freezing!

The Camera used to work beautifully and perfectly but now whenI click the Camera application, everytime it focuses, the application goes Black, and happens everytime I try to take a picture. HELP!
 
one review i read said they had a problem taking photos when going to the camera from the lock-screen
