Help camera function gone asus tf700 after 4.2.1 update. HELP!!!

My wife's asus tf700 updated to the 4.2.1 jb and her camera/camcorder functions are completely gone. the gallery is gone as well. her camera/camcorder and gallery apps are gone and don't show up. i already checked the apps in the settings and they are not disabled...they're not even in there. has anyone else had this problem? is anything being done to fix it? please help!!

I've moved this to the TF700 forums for more exposure by the correct members.

Have you tried performing a factory reset? It could be a issue that came about when the ota installed.

already tried the reset, restarting it, etc. nothing's coming up at all
