Try flashing a stock deoxed rom or Rom number 2 and see if your problem is resolve, if not than follow this http://androidforums.com/esteem-all...zvd-zvc-zvb-emer-pb-recovery.html#post3775233 and return it to the store for a replacement as the phone may be defected.

Did the phone do this all the time? Mine would shut off when i would take a picture and my battery was low. Would that be the problem with your phone?
