Help camera pictures disappearing

running into problems with disappearing pictures that I take with my camera.

the other day, I took a picture of a flyer because I needed the information from it. everything was fine. checked it a few days ago and the pictures (2) were gone. went to the same place last night and took more pictures (3 or 4) just to make sure I had them. this morning, gone again. they just disappear, along with a few others.

I made sure to send them to my boyfriend's cell phone so I can go back and resave them... but seriously, what is going on with my phone and randomly deleting pictures without my permission?

they just disappear and I never find them. even when I plug the thing into my laptop and mount it as a disk drive.

I had that issue originally when I got my phone. It was the SD card not being in the right way or something. I would suggest taking it out and putting it back in. That helped me with the issue.

If you are using the stock gallery app try using quickpic. People have been complaining about the disappearing act preformed by the stock one. Most people report the missing pics come back in quickpic

I had this problem as well, but they came back after I rooted it.

Yeah. I have this same issue when using the stock gallery app. I can get to them via astro though. But still a pain, since I have to go through several folders to get to them. I will give quickpic a try.
