Help Camera problem

I have had my samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 for about a month.
I have tried to take a photo today and regardless of whether camera is forward facing or not when I take a pic the camera closes and I get a message saying "unfortunatly the camera has stopped"
Any advice???

Welcome to AF Jecaface, have you tried clearing the cache/data of the camera app?

Settings - Apps - All - Camera - Clear Cache & Data.

What about trying with another camera app?
