Help Camera question?

How do I set the camera to take pictures in "night" mode?
And I need step by step instructions because I am a moron.

Open the camera, you should see a tab on the left side of the screen. If you touch that tab, you will see settings on the top right side of the screen. Touch settings and choose your mode.

At least that's the way my Galaxy works.
