Help Camera settings

I was just wondering if anyone had come up with a decent set of colour / balance / saturatiopn etc settings for the camera (presuming auto-ISO)...? It's just that the piccies I'm taking even with the cover off aren't all that, and I'm sure it has something to do with the settings.

My settings are;

Brightness -1 unless your photographing a snow scene, then go for 0 or even +1 to stop you getting grey snow.
Contrast -1 too much by default imho.
Saturation +1 needs more to give some colour.
Sharpness -1 too much by default imho.

I would just like to say that no matter what settings you try, this is still a phone. Don't expect too much, to take good photo's with good colour saturation and sharp detail requires a proper camera.

Here's an example of what i'm saying, this was taken with a Nikon DSLR and the differance between this and what a phone could do are night and day.
