Camera Stopped Working

Before I send this in to probably get the phone replaced, I thought I would ask the community.
All of the sudden when I try/click on the camera icon, a message comes up immediately "Camera failed" with the only option is to hit "OK" to get off the screen. Nothing new has recently been installed.
does this no matter what program tries to use the camera.
anybody have any ideas?

I get this message after using snapchat and then trying to use the camera afterwards...i have to kill snapchat before i can use the camera

Worst case scenario I would try a factory reset, not install apps at first, and then test the camera. If it still doesn't work then it is a hardware problem. Good luck!

Yeah youre gona have to back up your stuff anyway if you get it replaced so to save time, try a factory reset :thumbup:
