Help Camera taking awful blurry pictures

I have no idea how this is possible, but my phone's main camera is taking out of focus, horrible, blurry pics..
All the settings are on default, I tried different apps, and nothing helps.. The front facing camera is working perfectly fine, taking much better pictures then the main one. Also, I checked there's nothing covering the lense, no dust or smudges... Anyone knows what is causing this problem?

Have you checked all your settings, Focus set to auto, exposure value set to 0 and no effects chosen.

cleaning it will help. i had the same issues for about 10 seconds.
