Help Camera tricks, so easily blurs??

Hi, love the camera when you are holding it very still in the daytime but any slight movement and it blurs tremendously especially at night time example below:

is there any setting im missing to prevent this? as my last 2mb camera took better night time pictures than this?

I've never taken a picture this bad, so am I little stumped. My guess is:

1) Dirty Lens
2) Not focused correctly (you can click on the screen on object you want focused, and the camera will focus on that spot)

Its' definitely not a flash or exposure issue as its blurry not shaky

When using the camera at auto whitebalance I've found that it doesnt choose the best setting per default and it looses a bit of focus when tapping the "take picture"-button. How ever when I film video its crystal clear. It's obviously a problem related to the software.

^This... Also if you touch screen just right you can take the picture that way as well
