Help Camera Volume?

Is there any way to turn down the camera sounds? The double beep when it focuses is annoyingly loud... so loud you couldn't use it to take pictures of your kid if they're sleeping, for example. I could also do without the fake shutter sound, but I can live with that.

I downloaded a silent widget from the market. It silences all sounds including the camera shutter.
Uva Silent Widget Cam comes to mind as a good one for the camera.

You can search silent spy camera in the market, it not only disable the sound, also hide your preview and record file.
