what phone do you have? try wiping cache and data for the camera app.

When I go on apps n notification there is no camera app

huh? go to phone's settings>apps>camera>wipe cache and data. it is not found in notifications.

did this just start happening? all of a sudden? was this after an update?

I hv tried going there but no camera

go into settings and do a search for camera.....its there, you are not looking in the right place.
