Help camera

yikes, that doesn't sound good.
first, does a reboot fix the problem?
second, does wiping the phone clean fix the problem?
3rd, are you rooted or ROM'd? it may have been a bad download with the ROM.

you might just need to clear the app data

settings>applications>manage applications> "All" tab> go into the Camera App and clear data and clear cache

good call. didn't even think of that. OP take the 1st response as a last resort if the above doesn't work

I'm not sure how to reboot the camera I have cleared the app n that didn't work

After you cleared the app did you restart(reboot) the phone? If yes and it still is bad, then you may have to do a factory reset.

A factory reset WILL DELETE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE BUT NOT ON YOUR MEMORY CARD ***BACKUP WHAT YOU NEED FIRST***IT WILL RETURN YOUR PHONE TO STOCK JUST LIKE WHEN YOU FIRST BOUGHT IT

menu-settings-sd & phone storage-factory data reset
