Camera360 mysterious apps

I installed Camera360 on KitKat and found that it runs all the time and had installed the following apps seen here under apps->running:
camera360 1 process 2 services
notifycenter started by app
notifycenteraidl started by app
camera360 com.pinguo.camera360.pushservice

Can anyone tell me of a better camera app that doesn't install a bunch of offensive unwanted spyware on my phone

I thought camera360 was fairly respected.
Are you sure it has installed "offensive spyware"? Any links or anything discussing it?
(Im not doubting you, i just spend a lot of my spare time learning and helping people with android and if such a popular app is maliacious then i want to know about it.
Personally im a fan of google camera from Play

Camera360 has a social network feature which allows you to view picture posts by other users on their pages, kinda like Instagram. The processes you are seeing is related to that (pingu is a Chinese chat service, the notify center stuff for notifications, etc). Basically standard social network service stuff. These aren't Spyware. Its SNSware.

Anyway, you can try Focal, or Google Camera.

On Camera FV-5 Lite (the free version) I couldn't find the toggle to switch to front camera Seemingly it doesn't support it
