What kind of answer was that? Yes you can for the gs2

Hi there. I do. I play games, I use my phone a lot, and I don't want to turn off wireless and bluetooth. AND I have (boo) the 2.3.6 operating system; all this means that I drain my battery a great deal. I have two spares and I change my battery at least once a day. The back cover is really cool to pop off and put back on and the whole thing's a breeze.Hi all,
I am thinking about buying a Samsung galaxy s2 (or the future s3) when my contract is up. My question is: Can a user change its battery?
I do hope the answer is yes, unlike the iphone.

My confidence isn't too high yet on S3 having a removable battery until we see actual specs. HTC has a few phones that have switched to non-removable batteries and a new Sony will be the same way. I really hope this is not the future of phones unless the batteries are at least 2500mah or there are some major accomplishments made to extend the battery life on the OS.
