Can an unlocked mytouch slide work for boost mobile

My guess is no.

Boost/Nextel run on an iDen network while the Slide is designed for GSM.

However Boost/Nextel did switch from the 800MHz band to a 900MHz band and that is one band the Slide uses. I believe it's 2G though so again............
