Just download a aftermarket keyboard off the market. Swift Key and GO Keyboard are good ones.

I extracted the white keyboard from the DEODEX stock ROM. Here's a link. No idea if this will work, but give it a shot.

I would think that it would have to be put in the system folder manually using a file manager, I doubt you can install it like an aftermarket app.

I tried replacing it then it didn't work. It didn't show up on my keyboards either.

did you put it in /system/app and then change the permissions properly, then reboot?

Just make sure Read and Write is checked for all of the boxes (I use ES to do it)

I think theres another file to go with the apk like a .lib??
