I work as a sales rep and have a customer in the store who can't get emails to his phone without manually syncing his email (the setting is set to every 15 minutes). He is also outside his 30 day return so we got Verizon Tech support on the phone after I tried everything to get a warranty replacement. The lady made him do a factory reset and before he did that I tried backing up the contacts and whatever I could to the cellebrite machine but the tech on the phone said you could transfer the email bug to machine and then send it back to the phone. It sounded funny to me but I didn't want to take the risk.
