Accessories Can I attach a strap/leash loop?

I'm still in the decision stage, so don't have a phone to check on yet. On my current (ie antique non-smartphone) there is a way to attach a little thread loop which is attached to a strap or leash. I just want to confirm that I can do this w/ an Epic? And would a cover fit with that in place? It's only a matter of time before I drop or lose something, so the ability to connect it to my purse is pretty important . As is the ability to put on some sort of protective cover.

There is a spot to connect a leash/loop, and it is accessible after I put my case on. I'm sure it just depends on which kind of case you get if the connection will be accessible. Hope this helps.

Thanks! The "leash" on my cheap flip phone has saved it several times. I figure if (no, at this point when) I get whichever new phone, I'll probably keep it in a pocket on the outside of my purse. The idea of having it loose in there made me nervous about the possibility of it either falling out or being picked out.
