Is there an app that will basically tell my phone to get data over WiFi if available and only if I'm not connected over WiFi, get it from cellular? Of course this may be done automatically but I have never been able to get a definitive answer on that. I would say that I am connected to a WiFi network at least 70 if not 80 percent of the time.
In fact what would be cool is if I could make calls go out that way, but I don't really make that many voice calls so it doesn't matter that much.
