Can I delete all the ATT apps

Just got my Note 2 and have the Wifi issues. I did all the steps to correct it. Let's hope this is permanent. Some of the notes out there said to uninstall the smart wifi app. There isn't a way to un install it that I know of.
Can you delete all the blot ware ATT apps on this phone? I want to make sure I don't delete something that I may need.
Help?

It's possible, but if the application is installed at the system level, you will need to root your device in order to delete it. After it's rooted, you can use an app like titanium backup to delete it.

Strange thing is... There is not an option to uninstall the ATT smart wifi but I did the unistall updates and now I can not find the icon...
