Help Can I do a factory reset?

I have rooted my Galaxy 11 with the help of the forum and installed the Neat Rom. It all works great. I am now thinking of selling my phone on. Can I leave the JB on and do a factory reset so that the buyer does not have any of my stuff? Or is that out of the question.
