can i download images from the browser?

i tried tapping and holding and checking the more menu options but there are no options to download a pic from google images or facebook. anyone know how to do this? or am i missing something?

Mhmm you might not like the instructions here as you seem to have done them, but you need to hold down on the image, a menu comes up and you push save image. You do need to be AT the picture though, not the thumbnail hyperlink of the picture (e.g. if you're in google images you have to go to the image, not hold down on the results page or else you'll just get the "save url" etc. messages. Hope that helped.

ahhh. got it. i just needed to click full size then hold it. can i download images from the facebook app or do i have to go into browser to do it?

I think you have to go into the browser one to do it, I can't find a way through the app itself, just options to send it places.
