Alternatively, you can just download this port of TouchWiz. It's for the N1 originally, but should work on the Desire just as well. Looks hideous in my opinion, but hey.

lol, yeah not the best look. I like the look of my homescreens and dock using launcherpro and I use shortercut to change the icons, but why do the desire icons need to be so small?! There's a ton of space between them. All I want to do is make them a few pixels bigger. Would it really be that hard?! I can change image sizes on a webpage without major layout issues so what's the big deal with doin it on a phone, surely it uses some sort of grid to display the images.
When using sense, when you press an icon, you can see the green background and how big the icons COULD be. They are like 80px x 80px sitting in a grid thats 90px x 90px. Seems strange to me.

Haha. But you've to admit, it's got icons as big as the OP could possibly want.
frankbonatelli, have you tried experimenting with Desktop Visualizer? You can get really huge shortcuts then.
