i need the stock fi22 rooted rom.... can anyone help me

Flash that and the fi22 upgrade will be automatically downloaded over 3g or wifi whichever is available.

Return it to stock then root it before you get the FI22 then wait for the phone to nag you about a new update. Don't apply it, just use a root file explorer and go to the /cache folder and the update file will be sitting there. Copy it out to your pc then unzip it the there you go
