Can I reload a Sprint .apk back to AOSP 2.3.3?

I am about to flash AOSP 2.3.3 and give it a try. I am wondering if I can put the original Sprint NASCAR apk on this rom? I am not sure if if will work with a non sense rom. I guess if anyone knows please let me know.

Also, if it can be put on this rom how is it done? Does it have to be pushed through adb or can be done another way. I am not too familiar with adb shell so that is why I was wondering if it can be done another way.

Yes all you have to do is download the .apk then open in a file explorer and it will ask you to install just like if downloaded it from the market. I just tried it and it installed and opened fine on asop 2.3.3

Here is the navigation and tv apks your looking for. The tv is a zip as it contains the tv apk and the tv widget apk so just open the zip and instal both. And I have to link you to the navigation because I'm over my file limit on this site and it hasn't let me manage my attachments for over a month, lame.
